Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Takeover Strength we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following:

Return Conditions

1. Unused Condition: Items must be in like-new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or use.

2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials, accessories, manuals, and any other contents that were included with the shipment.

3. Written Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our customer service team. You must contact us via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender at your expense.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if requested.

2. If approved, we'll issue an RA number and provide return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the authorization. Unless a Warranty Return, all return shipping costs and or related expenses are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed.

5. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be processed for refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Non-Returnable Items

This policy does not apply to:
1. Customized or personalized items.

2. Items damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or neglect.

3. Perishable goods or items with expiration dates.

4. Software, digital downloads, or opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs).

Exceptions and Discretion

Takeover Strength reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy or to charge restocking fees for items not returned in perfect condition. This policy is subject to change; please check our website for the latest terms.
