Center the StrapBar on the implement of choice (barbell, cable attachment, smith machine, wood dowel, etc.)

Secure the triple lock straps on either side, add the SquatSaddle, then

When you are done, loosen the straps, remove the compact and lightweight StrapBar, and store it almost anywhere.

Even though it can handle much more, the StrapBar is rated up to 300 lbs. This limit is because it was designed more for the enthusiast and recovery markets than for the ‘hardcore’ lifters (who already have plenty of safety squat bars to choose from, including the transformer bar).
